- This is an open drop-in group
- It’s available to anyone who has previously participated in DBT programming (at Stella’s Place or elsewhere)
- The goal of this program is to provide participants with a space to practice the DBT Skills that they have learned, and receive support applying these skills within individual recovery
- 1st session: Mindfulness Skills
- 2nd session: Distress Tolerance
- 3rd session: Emotion Regulation
- 4th session: Interpersonal Effectiveness
