We’re excited to announce that Stella’s Place will be participating in Doors Open Toronto 2025 on May 24th and 25th! The theme for this year’s event is “The City is Your Playground; Get Ready to Play,” and we’re thrilled to invite you to explore our award-winning facility, co-designed by the young adults who access it for mental health programs and services.
Our Wolseley Street facility is designed to be a safe, welcoming environment where young adults can feel supported, understood, and empowered. Now, we’re opening our doors to show the greater Toronto community how we bring that vision to life. Staff will be on hand to welcome and share how we work together to create an inclusive space that fosters healing and community.
This year, we’re bringing the theme of play to life by animating the space with activities inspired by our new Expressive Art Therapy Program to build fun and connection. Periodically, throughout the two days, visitors will have the chance to participate in interactive activations that highlight the importance of art and play in mental health and wellness.
Whether you’re a long-time supporter or a first-time visitor, Doors Open Toronto is a great opportunity to experience firsthand how Stella’s Place supports young adults and breaks down barriers to mental health care. We hope to see you there, ready to play, connect, and learn!
