DBT Refresh is an open drop-in group available to anyone who has previously participated in DBT, or Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, programming at Stella’s Place or elsewhere. This program aims to provide participants with a space to practice the DBT skills they have learned, and receive support applying these skills within individual recovery.
1st session – October 30: Mindfulness & Middle Path
2nd session – November 6: Distress Tolerance
3rd session – November 13: Emotion Regulation
4th session – November 20: Interpersonal Effectiveness
