Folks can sign up on the same day by emailing [email protected] or calling 416-461-2345 and pressing 0. This class is approximately 45 minutes of movement guided by external facilitators from Common Ground 416. There will be time for a check-in, warm up, cool down and stretch, and check-out. Folks will need a secure internet connection to join. Exercise equipment including weights or a yoga mat are not needed. All levels welcome. Participants can decide if they want their camera on or off. Fitness and Yoga run on a first-come-first-serve basis and both have space for 8 participants. Prior to the session a Zoom link will be sent by email.
