We invite you to a new mindfulness-based practice drop in group!
Participants in this group will develop and practice mindfulness and learn to apply these skills in their daily lives. Each session will introduce new practices based on a weekly theme. Sessions will consist of a brief introduction to mindfulness followed by one or two exercises per session. Space will be provided within each group for debrief of each exercise, as well as discussion of other traditions and contemplative practices that support stress management and present moment awareness. Participants will have time to discuss and reflect on their experiences in each session.
